This project transformed a traditional property into a bright, open-plan living space centred around a bespoke kitchen and dining area. Carefully considered materials, architectural glazing, and refined detailing created a modern extension that feels seamlessly connected to the original home.
Delivered by CSK Bespoke from concept through to completion, the project combined structural alterations, bespoke craftsmanship, and premium finishes to create a beautifully functional space designed for modern living.
Reimagining the Heart of the Home
The brief was to create a brighter, more connected living environment that would enhance both everyday family life and entertaining. By opening up the existing layout and extending the rear of the property, we introduced a spacious kitchen and dining area filled with natural light and clean architectural lines.

Full Structural Renovation
This was a fully managed renovation and extension project carried out by the CSK Bespoke team, involving significant structural alterations throughout the property.
The works included the installation of five structural steel beams alongside a bespoke goal post steel arrangement to create the large open-plan layout. The property was fully rewired, with both the water main and gas supply professionally relocated prior to construction progressing.
Once the structural and first-fix works were completed, the entire space was sheeted and Ames taped to ensure a flawless finish throughout the new extension.
Bespoke Caledonia Kitchen
At the centre of the new living space sits a beautifully designed Caledonia kitchen, carefully tailored to complement the architecture of the extension.
Painted in Farrow & Ball Ammonite, the kitchen combines soft contemporary tones with refined detailing and premium functionality. The adjoining utility room was finished in Stiffkey Blue, introducing contrast and depth while maintaining a cohesive overall design.
The space was completed with Silestone worktops, integrated Neff appliances, Blanco sinks, and a Quooker tap — combining practicality with understated luxury.

Following installation, the project was handed over to our award-winning decorating team, ensuring every finish reflected the same level of care and attention seen throughout the build.
The result is a bright, elegant family space that feels both timeless and highly functional — perfectly suited to modern living.
